At ForgeBLVD, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Item Condition
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or altered, including cut chain or modified components.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible). This allows for faster processing and ensures item availability.

How to Start a Return
Email support@forgeblvd.com to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or engraved items
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
